• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in or event date may be eligible for a refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

• Not cause damage to rooms, halls, or facilities
• Be responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests

5. Events and Decorations

• Approval is required for major decorations or structural setups.
• Dangerous items (fireworks, flames, illegal substances) are strictly prohibited.

JLK Guest House and Event Centre is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Injuries caused by guest negligence
